This MV‑3 variant (Bendix 800518) features 1/4"-18 NPT supply and delivery ports, a 1/8"-27 NPT auxiliary port, and unthreaded 0.275" mounting holes. It is a direct replacement for OEM MV‑3 modules used on a wide range of heavy‑duty tractors and is built with the non‑metallic, corrosion‑resistant valve body specified by Bendix.

Special Notes

This valve can be used to replace the obsolete Bendix MV‑2 (P/N 101437). When retrofitting, a 1/8" NPT to 3/8" tube 90° fitting is required for the auxiliary port. Bendix offers this as kit P/N K095875, but it is typically more economical to purchase the valve and fitting separately.

The Bendix MV-3 Dash Control Module is a dual-button, push-pull valve that controls the tractor and trailer parking brake circuits from a single dash-mounted assembly. It consolidates tractor protection, trailer supply, and system park functions into one compact unit, replacing any existing two- or three-valve push-pull system with reduced plumbing complexity.

The MV-3 uses an integrated dual-circuit supply check valve to manage both primary and secondary reservoir connections, providing automatic trailer brake application if supply pressure drops to approximately 20-45 PSI, with a non-override trip piston activating at 20 PSI. The non-metallic, non-corrosive valve body has all air connections at the rear, with an optional auxiliary port available on select configurations.
