Do I need to set up an account with you?

An account on our site is usually optional but beneficial. It stores contact information such as street addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers plus lets you see your order history and wish lists. An account will be required if you choose to take a refund as a store credit or need us to make your account tax exempt.

How do I make my purchases tax exempt?

You will need an account on our site and to email us your tax exemption certificate at [email protected]. We can then set your website account as tax exempt, so all future purchases will not be taxed.

How do I change and check my account details?

You can use the Sign In link at the top or the Account link at the bottom of every page. Once you're logged in, you will simply click the My Account link at the top of the page.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

You can click the Forgot Password link at the Sign In menu. You'll be asked for your email address and be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password. It can take some time for the email to arrive. Don't try again and again because only the most recent email will work. Any previous emails that arrive at your inbox will only give you an error.

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

First, consider what you purchased and when. Special order items are NOT eligible for return, and all returns must be arranged within 30 days of receipt. Our complete return policy can be found here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards. You may also checkout using your PayPal account. Larger orders can be paid with ACH or bank wire transfer. We will accept a paper check sent through the mail, but the order will be held until the check has cleared.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you. You may adjust your browser or device to refuse to accept cookies. However, you may no longer be able to add products to the online shopping cart or place an online order.

What warranty do you offer?

We don't provide a warranty on the parts we sell. The parts will have a manufacturer's warranty that may vary based on the manufacturer, product type and use of that product. We assist our customers in dealing with warranty issues on parts purchased from us when required.
