The Bendix E‑6 dual‑circuit foot valve (286171N) is a new, OEM‑grade service valve featuring 3/8" NPT supply and delivery ports in an axial/perpendicular configuration. This unit does not include a treadle or mounting plate. For high‑temperature applications requiring upgraded internal elastomers, use Bendix 802911.

The Bendix E‑6 foot valve is a floor‑mounted, treadle‑operated dual‑circuit service brake valve. The primary (No. 1) circuit is mechanically actuated through the treadle, plunger, and primary piston. The secondary (No. 2) circuit functions similarly to a relay valve, receiving control air from the primary circuit during normal operation. In the event of primary circuit failure, the secondary inlet valve is mechanically opened through push‑through force applied by the driver via the treadle and plunger assembly.
