I thought it was very thorough that flowing my order, I received a call to verify the correct rack for my truck. When the rack arrived it was apparent to me that it could have been packed better as the package was open I ultimately found out a few minor nuts and bolts were missing. Nothing a trip to the local hardware store could not fix. I was pleased how the rack went together but not pleased to find out most of the way through the directions that my particular rack would need to be disassembled, cut and reassembled. Why call me so concerned as to what truck I wanted a rack for? I advise if you are going to make a call that you cut it prior to shipping or at the least place this part of the directions on the first page. Would it not be easier to precut or even measure prior to assembly? I do love the rack now that it is installed.

After placing my order and being sure I ordered the right size for my truck. I got a call about my order from customer service. It turns out I DIDN'T order the right size. He said that since this was a specific expensive item, they wanted to make sure it fits. We made the corrections and it was shipped the next day. Fits great, looks great and it's Stainless Steel (won't rust). One two minute phone call saved so much anguish. Awesome.
