The SAF Holland PH-990ST71 is a special frame-mount, swivel pin and clevis coupler for use this pintle hook for extreme-duty off-road and over-the-road applications. It has a 'fish mouth' head and rubber cushions for shock absorption and easier coupler alignment. Replaceable wear plates in the fish mouth increase the life of the coupler and minimze drawbar slop.
