Canadian Customers

We handle your orders directly, so you aren't forced to go through FedEx Cross Border like other international customers. You'll be able to use your credit card or PayPal account like usual. We use FedEx expedited shipping, so you can be sure your order will arrive quickly. Postal shipping is also available, but you'll need to contact us by email or phone to arrange that.

We're partnered with FedEx Cross Border (formerly Bongo International) to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to FedEx Cross Border's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, FedEx Cross Border will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to FedEx Cross Border's Global Distribution Facility where they will be forwarded to your international address.

NOTE: All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to FedEx Cross Border.
