The Hendrickson AKHD-195-3 height control valve kit is used on on many HT190, HT230, HT250, HT300, and HTHKR trailer suspensions. These trailer's height control valves are normally plumbed in a way that causes the suspension air bags to dump when the spring brakes are applied. The air bags will fill when the spring brakes are released.
