This Bendix EC-30 is an electronic ABS (antilock braking system) and ATC (automatic traction control) controller for buses, trucks, and tractors with air brake systems.

The EC-30 was designed to replace the earlier Bendix EC-16 and EC-17 controllers. The warning lamp power-up sequence was simplified. With no faults, the warning lamp will light up for 2.5 seconds and then go out. The black plastic housing was also improved to minimize corrosion at the mounting bolts.
