Why don't the Add to Cart Buttons work in Firefox?
There's a problem with the recent Firefox versions that has Tracking Protection enabled for all browsing sessions. This issue only affects a small number of Firefox users, and
the Tracking Protection feature keeps our Add to Cart buttons from functioning as expected.
You can turn off Tracking Protection by clicking on the shield in top left corner of the
browser. It's next to the Back button. A pop up menu will appear, and you should see a
Disable protection for this session button. Clicking that button should allow our site
to function normally.
This is the only issue we've encountered so far with buttons not working in Firefox. If this fails, we recommend using Internet Explorer or Google's Chrome browser.
Why does tracking protection keep your buttons from working?
We haven't figured that out yet, but our buttons do no tracking at all.
