You have a lot of tonneau covers. How do I choose one?

It's not as difficult as it looks. First, you need to realize that all of the covers we sell are good, quality products. Second, you need to look at the features of each cover and decide which of those features appeal to you. Third, remember that we are here to answer any questions you still have after checking out the different models.

My plastic bed liner goes over the top of the truck bed's side rails. Can I still install a tonneau cover?

Yes, most of our tonneau covers can be intalled with an existing over-the-rail bed liner although The installation is a little more difficult. You will have to cut holes in the bed liner to allow for installation of the cover's mounting clamps. The only cover that will NOT work for you is the Extang RT roll-up cover.

My spray-on bed liner goes over the truck's bed rail. Do I get to have a tonneau cover too?

You bet. The answer is pretty much the same as with plastic bed liners except you don't have to cut holes to install the cover's mounting clamps. You can even install an Extang RT if you want.

I want an inexpensive truck bed cover. What do you have for me?

You are going to want to look at the TekStyle and Black Max tonneau covers. They are classically styled covers with removeable support bows and rear rail.

What is a roll-up cover?

A roll-up cover has straight support bars that are fastened to the underside of the tonneau and a rear bar that is semi-permanently attached as well. These items roll up with the tarp and are stored in one neat package behind the cab. You won't have any pieces lying around separate from the tarp when it is rolled-up.

Which tonneau cover is the best?

That will depend completely on what you want the cover to do for you. If you want a soft cover that lifts like a hard tonneau, definitely choose the Extang Full-Tilt. It's our number one selling truck bed cover. Now, if you want a roll-up, the choice is a little more difficult because there are so many good covers to choose from. The TruXedo Lo Profile tonneau is the one we recommend, followed closely by the Access cover.

Will I have to do any drilling to install my new truck bed cover?

Very few truck's (some step side trucks) require drilling to install a cover. The product page where you can add your tonneau cover to your shopping basket will tell you whether the installation requires drilling. Again, this is a very, very small number of installations.

Are your tonneau covers available in a color other than black?

Yes, some of our covers can be special ordered in numerous colors. Specifically, the Extang Full-Tilt and TruXedo covers can be ordered with colored tarps.
