The Extang Full-Tilt is available in snapless and snap versions. The snapless Full-Tilt cover features Extang's peel & seal J-Strip for a smooth edge. There is a rib on the inside of the cover's edge that slips into a grove on the aluminum frame. The snap version of the Full-Tilt tonneau cover features the classic snap attachment that has been around for years with a twist. The Extang snaps allow for adjustment due to changes in temperature. The instructions listed above cover the standard installation that works for most trucks. Some trucks require special instructions, but they are always easy and never require drilling.
3 WAYS TO QUICKLY ACCESS YOUR TRUCK BED:
Remove entire tonno & frame by yourself, with no tools.
1 Gas shocks are designed to be easily removed by hand
using a ball and joint snap release. No tools needed. Leave your entire tonno at home within seconds!
2 Grab the tonno and lift up at an angle as shown and
the Quick Release instantly disconnects.
3 Now pick it up and off. The rugged reinforced aluminum
frame and vinyl tarp is only 30 lbs. It can be lifted off by only one person.
Roll it up and go!
Can't leave the frame? Then, roll up the tarp and remove the bows
for carrying large items back home. No tools.
Simply drop tailgate
The tonno and rail are not attached to the tailgate. It's safe and quick to open.
